Cristina is a psychologist and psychotherapist who supports clients of all ages with a wide range of personal, relational and professional challenges. She provides individual, couples, family and group counseling. Her clients seek counseling mainly in the following areas: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress and burnout, self-confidence, emotional management problems, difficulties in couples’ relationships or in managing conflicts, emotional trauma and significant losses, domestic violence and other difficult life events. She approaches each client individually to find the source of the problem and remove the causes during the counselling and therapy, not just the symptoms. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship, in empathetic support and in the inner resources of each person.  She wants every meeting to be a step towards a more balanced, conscious, and authentic life for her clients. She consults in Romanian, Russian and English language.

Cristina received her Master´s Degree in Psychology and provides counselling services since 2016. She also completed various trainings and courses, such as: Mediator Courses; Introduction to Psychotherapy; Prevention, Assistance and Combat of the Violence against Old People; Children Protection Against Violence; Efficient Communication; Social Inclusion, Stress and Wellbeing of Families with Disabled Children; Specialized Rehabilitation in Addiction Treatment; Emotional Management and others. Since 2010 she has also been a university lecturer, teaching psychology to future psychologists, and a trainer for school teachers, thus contributing to the professional and personal development of those who shape future generations. She is a member of the Association of the Psychologists in Romania.
