Alexandra is a therapist with psycho-dynamic approach who offers her clients a safe and confidential environment to explore feelings, thoughts, relationships, as well as personal and family patterns, without judgment or evaluation. She leads them to achieve deeper self-awareness and better contact with their feelings. By discovering the truth about life, she helps to better understand the current situation. In her practice, she provides counseling in the following topics: stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life changes, ADHD, parenting and others. Her approach to therapy combines empathy, understanding and support, so that her clients achieve positive changes in their lives. She consults in the Czech language.
Alexandra studied at the Business Academy and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a focus on Communication and Applied Psychotherapy at the Prague University of Psychosocial Studies. She completed various other trainings and courses such as: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Training, Dramatization Methods in Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Philosophical and Spiritual Issues of Death and Dying, Non-Verbal Communication in the Educational Process for Students with Impaired Communication Skills with the focus on the Principles of the Exchange Image Method Communication System, Development of Social Skills of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and others. She started her professional life in the world of advertising, where she worked for 15 years. Later, she decided to leave this area and founded a social enterprise - a café, where she employed people with mental illness under professional supervision. Since 2020, she works in the field of helping professions and psychotherapy, in which she applies her experience from working with handicapped children and adults, and people suffering from mental illness. She also worked as a mentor and support therapist in social services.
